This is to introduced to your goodselves our company, which was born after a comprehensive and extensive business study by our think-tank group out of 2018 ASPF Construction & Development, Inc., our parent company who have been engaged in the field of construction for several years, and after a thorough data evaluation, from finished jobs of our previous clients, such as but not limited to LRJ Construction Services company, the result of which, in so far as quality control, costs of work, and work progress, it revealed that a Sole proprietor company would be more efficient in terms of quality and work progress is concerned. The reason behind this new concept, is that in a single proprietor company, decision making is more efficient and fast vis-a-vis a corporation, which has to pass thru a bureaucratic system before a decision can be reached, hence, work deadlines set by the clients to finish the work on time can be obtained much more ahead than the target dates set. In sum, the organizational set-up of our company has increased efficiency and more transparent from a corporation, thus, taking such parameters in order to achieved the desire satisfaction of our clients, a Single Proprietor Type of Company was created, streamlining only the top heavy structure of management to a more efficient and less bureaucratic manager, for the satisfaction of our clients, without sacrificing the cost and quality of work, which we maintained with our workforces

Our People

Our people are crucial in the delivery of our services and solution to our clients. In order to ensure that everyone is equipped with the right skill, knowledge and attitude, a comprehensive training program is put in place to constantly upgrade our people in technical and management skills.

We believe firmly in providing the right training, accredited certification and practical knowledge for our people, in order for them to execute their duties and responsibilities confidently. Our aim is to stay relevant to the ever-changing market place and client’s requirement.

HISTORY AND PHILOSOPHY

2018 ASPF Construction & Development, Inc. just began as general contractor March of 2014. However, the group working with it has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in design, build solutions, project management services, building trades and related engineering works.

Today, LRJ Construction Services takes on a role of main contractor for small to medium size projects and performs project management services to coordinates specialist trades for industrial/commercial projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients.

Our objective is to provide our clients with an “I am Assured” experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow-through procedures ensures that client’s objectives are top priority in the planning and execution of all our processes.

Our project management and execution philosophy is:

 Communicate clearly with all project stakeholders.

 Track project progress and fine-tune deviations.
